GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general conditions of sale automatically apply to all sales made online on the website www.moco.art, to the exclusion of any other sale (including sales at the counter of the Hôtel des Collections, sales by agencies or partners...).
These general terms and conditions of sale take precedence over any other provisions to the contrary.
ORDER - TICKETS
Only individual tickets are available for sale.
Visitors wishing to benefit from "group" fares should obtain their tickets on site or by contacting the public service directly via a reservation request at reservation@moco.art
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased online may not exceed 19 per order.
Tickets sold online are valid for a specific day of visit, chosen by the customer according to availability.
The validation, by the customer, of his order, implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
As long as the payment has not been saved, it is possible to modify the content of the order by clicking on the "My Cart" icon.
The order is only final after the payment has been recorded.
It is the customer's responsibility to print the purchased tickets, at the latest on the day of the visit.
Tickets will not be taken back, modified or exchanged, except in the event of cancellation of the corresponding service by EPCC MO.CO Montpellier Contemporain.
Each ticket is valid only the day mentioned on the ticket.
It must be kept by the visitor throughout the visit and presented at the first request of the staff. The ticket allows one exit and a second entry on the same day.
The archiving of orders and payment documents is carried out on a reliable and irreversible medium, constituting a faithful and durable copy within the meaning of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
RATES
The applicable rates are those in effect on the day of confirmation of payment.
EPCC MO.CO reserves the right to change these rates at any time, after deliberation by the Board of Directors.
ONLINE PAYMENT
The payment of the ticket price is made online, by secure payment and in euros.
The debit is made as soon as the order is validated. It is independent of the printing of the tickets.
EPCC MO.CO guarantees that the cryptographic means and services used to secure transactions have been authorised or declared in accordance with the legislation in force.
After registration of the payment, a sales confirmation email is sent to the customer
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of 2°) of Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code and 12°) of Article L. 121-21-8 of the same Code, the online sale of tickets is not subject to a right of withdrawal.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once the payment has been registered, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer, at the address he has provided, to which the electronic ticket(s) are attached, within a maximum period of thirty days.
If the time between the order and the chosen visit date is less than thirty days, tickets are sent to the customer no later than the day before that date.
It is the customer's responsibility to print the purchased tickets, at the latest on the day of the visit.
ENTRY INTO THE GROUNDS OF THE HÔTEL DES COLLECTIONS
On the day of the visit, customers arrive at the ticket office with the tickets they have previously printed.
The screening officer validates these tickets to allow them access to the visits mentioned on the tickets.
No duplicate tickets will be issued.
Anyone who arrives at the ticket office without a ticket will be invited to use the line reserved for visitors without tickets and will have to pay the fees posted at the ticket office to access the visits.
Visitors who have purchased discounted tickets (students, large families, job seekers) must present proof of their right to a discount on the day of the visit. Failing this, they will be charged a supplement corresponding to the difference between the price of the full fare ticket and the reduced fare ticket, against receipt.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE VISIT
EPCC MO.CO reserves the right to modify and/or cancel all or part of the services purchased online, and informs the client by any means, including email, communicated at the time of booking.
In this case, the customer accepts that our customer service department, as far as possible, may use the contact details entered by him/her at the time of booking to inform him/her of the procedure to be followed.
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer must check the ticket(s) and online purchase confirmation when they are delivered or received in his email.
He is solely responsible for the use made of the tickets sold by himself, his relatives and third parties.
During their visit, each visitor must respect the security rules posted at the Hôtel des Collections counter.
The visit of minor children is under the responsibility and supervision of their parents or guardians.
In the event that the attitude of the Client or that of one of the participants in the visit is likely to cause harm, danger or disorder to one of the employees of EPCC MO.CO, its subcontractors, agents, or other clients, the establishment reserves the right to terminate the Client's visit at any time.
